Our Mission
Ipsa Consulting is a female-led marketing consultancy that works with organisations and individuals that want to grow, responsibly.
We support and nurture underrepresented female talent and create positive impact for external female-focussed non-profits. Our impact is created by proactively hiring traditionally underrepresented female talent and donating the equivalent of 5% profit in volunteer time to help non-profits that create economic advantage for women and environmental improvements by women.

Marketing & Growth Consultant
Cath Harris MBA is known for her bold marketing ideas and straight-forward approach. Her breadth of experience spans 18 years with clients ranging from luxury brands, multinational corporations, cottage-industry creatives, and everything in between. Clients like Cath’s energy – she’s tenacious and driven, yet down to earth and reflective.
In 2007, Cath finished her studies at the University of the West of England, where she graduated in film and cultural media. During her time there, she discovered that media could do more than just entertain people—it could also be used to inspire change and educate. After graduation, she wanted a career that let her be creative while satisfying her curiosity about entrepreneurialism. Coincidentally, this was around the time when social media like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn were becoming mainstream, and that's how she started her career in digital marketing.
Over the next ten years, Cath worked hard to build marketing teams, lead creative projects, and even started an award-winning digital agency. However, by 2016, she felt burned out and decided to take a break to think about how to balance work and life better. By early 2017, she launched the first version of Ipsa Consulting, where she provided marketing support to ethical businesses and charities.
Cath realised she wanted to do even more for her clients, so she began to explore how business and sustainability could work together. In 2019, she was awarded a full scholarship to study for an MBA at the University of Exeter. During that programme, she focused on learning about sustainability, leadership, and international issues. In 2025, Cath was recognised as one of the Top 100 Marketers to watch by Alt Marketing School.

Marketing & Operations Manager
With a background in theology, a postgrad qualification in web design and content planning, and a career that blends creativity with clarity, Lyla brings both heart and structure to everything she does. She currently works in marketing and content management at Ipsa, where she also keeps the operations management and client planning wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.
Known for her straightforward, friendly approach (with a good dash of humour), Lyla values transparency, collaboration, and the humanness of work, online and offline. She has a long-standing love for people, wildlife, and the environment, which led her to volunteer as a copywriter for the RSPB. Mental health is also a core passion, and she’s actively studying Childrens and Young Adults Mental Health alongside her professional work.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity Consultant
Aardra is a passionate advocate for equitable access to opportunities and resources, particularly in the workplace. With over 14 years of experience, she's worked as a Biotech Engineer, multi-award-winning Entrepreneur, Strategy & Entrepreneurship Researcher, Enterprise Coach, and Mentor. She helps business leaders design and implement processes for positive and lasting change.
Aardra holds an MRes in Management from UCL, an MSc in Management from Warwick Business School, and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Kerala. She is currently completing her PhD at UCL, researching intersectionality, cognition, accessibility, and identity navigation in business and management, inspired by her own entrepreneurial experience in India.
A recognised leader, she was selected for the inaugural cohort for The British Council Future Leaders Connect, the US International Visitor Leadership Program, and is one of India's Champions of Change. Her awards include the Government of India & NITI Aayog’s Women Transforming India (WTI) Award, a National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneur.

Sustainability Consultant & Strategist
Nash Gierak is a sustainability consultant who brings insightful strategies and practical implementation to Ipsa Consulting's collective. Her ability to get to the heart of complex issues is underpinned by her skills as a writer and researcher, honed through academic study and a decade spent in the Arts and Heritage sector.
As the founding director of Bold Green Strategies sustainability consultancy, Nash distils key findings into compelling narratives, a skill that enhances the clarity and impact of the reports she develops as a GRI Certified Professional. Furthermore, she shares her knowledge through Carbon Literacy training and Climate Fresk, and handles B Corp and ISO certifications.
Her experience in prominent London museums and cultural institutions, with roles spanning collections, research, archives, and live events, evolved to provide her with a strong understanding of the commercial/venue side, a progression that developed to position her as a leading voice in hospitality and events.
