  8. Have the courage to speak up.

  9. But deliver it with kindness.

  10. Making mistakes is part of the journey.

  11. Fear is what growth feels like.

  12. Progress over perfection.

  13. We meet every client where they're at.

  14. Leaving things better is the baseline.

  15. Prove the concept first, then plan with conviction.

  16. Self-integrity, but not at any cost.
